BVWS is using a ticket system to help organize your support. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
To help us get to the bottom of the issue, please be as descriptive as possible. For example, "I can't use Google Classroom" doesn't make it easy for use to figure out what is going on. Instead, describe the sequence of events that lead you to believe there was a problem - what you clicked on and what happened. If there is an error message, please tell us what it said.
