Burrito
Jan 2026: Order hot lunch from Mariposa for the whole semester Jan-May, delivered to your child’s classroom every Wednesday! All burrito fundraiser profits benefit the 8th Grade’s fundraising efforts for their incredible service and learning trip this year.
When: Wednesday January 14- May 27 (18 weeks)
Who: Available to BVWS Students, Faculty, and Staff (both grades and EC)
Cost: $167 (for any of the options listed below)
Order options:
- Breakfast burrito (bacon, egg, cheese, mild green chilis),
- Bean, rice and cheese burrito (vegetarian),
- Rice and beans bowl, with veggies and lettuce (vegan and gluten free)
Orders due by Thursday January 8th
**Note that we are using a NEW restaurant this semester. Mariposa in Longmont cooks up delicious mexican food, and will omit onions and spice to make it tasty for all.
