Extended Care, Clubs & Camps
- Currently enrolled BVWS students only for all clubs, care and school-day off camps!
- All payments through your Ravenna/BigSIS billing portal
- By signing up, you agree that your registration is refundable until the month before camp starts. After that date, your registration becomes fully non-refundable. If the school cancels the entire program for the day (for example, due to inclement weather), we will refund everyone for that day. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend one or more days when the program is otherwise in session–including being excluded due to public health guidelines–no refund will be provided.

After School / Extended Care
Daily extended care until 5:15pm programs are supportive, enriching stand-alone fine arts experiences offering a sampling of Waldorf education for currently enrolled BVWS students. Sessions include direct drawing instruction, watercolor painting, physical education, free play, exploration with cooking without a recipe as well as plenty of social community time!
- CONTRACTED 2026-27 Extended Care Registration Payments through your Ravenna/BigSIS billing portal! Cost approx $5 per hour for the year
- DROP-IN ALWAYS AVAILABLE to every child not collected at pick-up time! Cost $15 per hour billed after based on attendance sheets
Wednesday Clubs (1st-6th grade)

School Break Camps 2026
School Break Camps happen during Parent-Teacher Conferences, Thanksgiving Break, February Break, Spring Break, and other one-off School Days off. There is no Winter Break Camp! Camps either for preschool/kindergarten or 1st-6th graders

- Find your child’s name and click the blue “View Signup” to sign your child up for the chess club!
- Then, below the sign-up options, click the “Sign up” button
- On the next screen, click the green “Confirm Sign up” button
