Every year you must complete signed releases for your children. Please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to BigSIS/Ravenna at https://bvwaldorf.bigsis.com/portal/
   1. Click here for help retrieving your username and password.
2. Go to “Parent/Guardian” tab across the top.
3. Click on “Requests for Information” tab along the left.
4. Click on “Fill out Form” to complete the questions to update your emergency contacts as well as permissions for this school year. Whichever guardian starts process first will need to “claim form” and complete information on behalf of your child.

Once logged into BigSIS, you can update your family’s contact details (including authorized people to pick up your children). Please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to BigSIS at https://bvwaldorf.bigsis.com/portal/
   1. Click here for help retrieving your username and password.

• To change any of your own information:

1. Click on the tab at the top labeled, “My Account”. Then, by hovering your cursor over any of your information, you will see a couple icons appear.  
2. Click on the Pencil icon to Edit, or on the Trash can icon to Delete. Click on “[+] Add …” to enter an additional address, email address or phone number.

• To add Emergency Contact or Extended Care Pick-up names:

1. Click on the tab at the top labeled “Parents and Guardians”, then the “Children” tab on the side.
2. Click “View” next to your child’s name (or double click on your child’s name).  
3. You will then see and can click on a side tab labeled “Other Contacts”. Here you can add a new contact by clicking on the “+ New Contact” button.  
4. Fill out the fields and BE SURE TO Click the box next to “Is Emergency” or “Can Pickup” or both. 
5. “Save and Back” button will save the new entry. To edit an existing name, click on the name and highlight it, then click “Edit”.

For 1st-8th grade annually teachers produce an end-of-year student reports. These can be accessed through your Ravenna account. If you have any questions, please contact the office!
