Kit Sanderson

Kit Sanderson is an experienced, compassionate, patient, and resilient educator. She continues to expand her idea of what it means to educate and firmly believes that, “We are all still children; we are all still learning.” Kit joined the Sunflower kindergarten and the aftercare program and is an invaluable part of this year’s Early Childhood faculty team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Kit’s work in kindergarten and preschool teaching has always included a heavy focus on holistic integration. She has developed routines that encourage mobility – including park activities and sensory play. Kit is an skilled communicator and enjoys partnering with parents to collaborate on creative solutions.
