HARVEST FAIRE
EVENT SCHEDULE
Saturday, September 26th, 2026 This autumn harvest faire brings the school and extended community together to celebrate the Boulder Valley Waldorf School community! This free celebration encompasses a variety of activities for children and adults, food vendors, music (with local band) and entertainment.
8:30am: Setup
10am: K-8th Grades Performance
11am – 1pm: Activities & Games available for EVERYONE
1pm: Event End
1-2pm: Cleanup
ACTIVITIES & GAMES
GAMES: Pocket scarecrow and fair games such as fishing, ball toss, obstacle course, fairy hair, pumpkin toss (1-3 games tickets cost per activity)
6TH GRADE yard sale FUNDRAISER: cash/venmo
7TH GRADE cold drinks FUNDRAISER: cash/venmo
PA CRAFT SALE: cash/venmo
FOOD TRUCKS: cash/credit card
GAME TICKETS
Games and activities require TICKETS available for CASH/CHECK/VENMO purchase on the day
These prices help the school to cover harvest faire costs and support school social events and the BVWS community!
