21st Annual Holiday Wreath Fundraiser 2020

The winter wreaths are hand-tied in beautiful Colorado with locally sourced boughs and environmentally friendly methods that keep trees healthy. No trees are ever cut down nor are old growth trees used in the process. Boughs are comprised of 100% Douglas Fir, chosen for its freshness and longevity. Each natural, fresh evergreen wreath is finished with pine cones and a red velvet bow. The scent is amazing and they will last for weeks outside!

All proceeds go to 6th grade class to fund their 8th grade experience. The BVWS 8th grade trip and integrated service learning are considered a transformative bridge between childhood and adolescence to foster growing independence and responsibility.

Orders due Friday, November 6th, 2020

An email will be sent when the wreaths have arrived and are available for pickup. Winter Wreaths are scheduled to arrive at the school the first week of December.

A bonus for you:  Any school family that purchases a wreath for themselves or who turns in an order form with orders from neighbors and friends, will have a chance to win a $100 gift card to nearby Niwot Market. The drawing will take place the week of November 9th.

How to Keep Your Winter Wreaths Looking Great!

  • Before use, soak wreaths overnight in water so they can absorb as much water as possible. Water retention is key!
  • Keep it moist! Mist wreaths with a spray bottle daily or every other day, ideally in the mornings or evenings so the wreaths are not in direct sunlight (which can burn the greenery).
  • Spray wreaths with an anti-transpirant. This can be found at most nurseries. It will keep moisture in, helping wreaths to look fresh for longer.
  • Keep it cool! Evergreens will deteriorate much quicker in warm temperatures. Try to display wreaths in a cool place and, if possible, out of direct sunlight. Wreaths will be happiest at 32 to 60 degrees F.
